As a Procurement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our procurement function, ensuring compliance with company policies and driving cost-effective purchasing practices.

Role Summary:
As the Procurement Manager, you will:
  • Enforce best practices with suppliers and eliminate bias in purchasing.
  • Analyze spending trends for savings opportunities.
  • Negotiate favorable terms with vendors and maintain strong relationships.
  • Oversee vendor performance and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Keep updated on trends in buying methods and market prices.

Requirements:
We are looking for candidates who possess:
  • 10 to 15 years of procurement experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in fit-out construction or joinery.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • A positive and assertive personality.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and relevant procurement software.
