About the QAQC Manager Role at Pico Play

Pico Play is seeking a dedicated QAQC Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to ensuring that all themed attraction projects consistently meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. The manager will be responsible for upholding excellence across all project phases through robust quality assurance and control practices.

Developing and Implementing Quality Standards

The QAQC Manager will establish and maintain the foundational quality framework for all projects. This involves a proactive approach to setting clear guidelines and ensuring their consistent application from project inception to completion.

• Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC policies, standards, and procedures across all projects.
• Ensure alignment of quality practices with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.

Quality Control, Audits, and Risk Management

A core function of this role is to actively monitor and verify quality throughout project lifecycles. This includes systematic checks and the implementation of corrective measures to mitigate potential issues.

• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and tests to verify compliance with established standards.
• Identify potential quality risks and implement timely corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformities.

Documentation and Performance Reporting

Accurate and accessible documentation is critical for maintaining quality records and demonstrating compliance. The QAQC Manager will oversee all aspects of quality-related reporting and record-keeping.

• Maintain and manage all QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, material test results, and non-conformance reports.
• Prepare and present regular quality performance reports to both management and clients.
• Ensure all project quality records are meticulously maintained and readily accessible for future reference.

Interdepartmental Collaboration and Supplier Engagement

Effective communication and collaboration are essential for integrating quality processes across all project stakeholders. This role requires active engagement with various teams and external partners.

• Liaise with project managers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to address quality concerns proactively.
• Facilitate quality-related meetings, training sessions, and workshops to foster a culture of quality.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure the quality of materials and equipment meets project requirements.

Regulatory Compliance and Professional Experience

Ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and industry best practices is a key responsibility. Candidates for this role should possess substantial experience in quality assurance and control within a project-driven environment.

• Ensure all projects adhere to relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and Pico Play's internal quality standards.
• Stay updated on changes in standards, codes, and practices applicable to themed attraction projects.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control is required for this position.
