About Qiddiya and the Role

Qiddiya is seeking a QPFS HR & People Operations Specialist Film Studios to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is dedicated to supporting the human resources and people operations for the Film Studio asset within Qiddiya.

Role Purpose and Context

The specialist will support workforce activation and employee lifecycle operations specifically for the Film Studio asset. This includes ensuring effective HR coordination, onboarding processes, workforce administration, and accurate organization data management, all while aligning with Qiddiya's group HR policies and processes. Operating within a lean OpCo model, this position acts as the asset-level HR operations focal point, with a strong emphasis on mobilization, workforce readiness, and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, interview scheduling, onboarding, and employee mobilization in line with approved workforce plans.
  • Support phased workforce mobilization aligned with activation milestones, organizational priorities, and operational readiness requirements.
  • Maintain employee records, organization data, manpower tracking, and HR documentation with strong controls and accuracy.
  • Coordinate employee lifecycle administration including onboarding, transfers, role changes, and exits.
  • Act as the primary HR operations focal point for employees and managers on day-to-day workforce administration matters.
  • Coordinate with centralized HR functions during incubation, activation, and early operating phases to ensure smooth delivery of HR services.
  • Support position management, organization structure updates, workforce reporting, and approved headcount tracking.
  • Support implementation of performance management, employee engagement, training, and people initiatives at the asset level.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance tracking, leave administration, and employee services processes with relevant support teams.
  • Prepare HR operational reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for leadership review.
  • Support employee communication and change management initiatives during activation and organizational ramp-up.
  • Coordinate employee requests, HR operational escalations, and service follow-up actions.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, governance requirements, and document retention standards.
  • Support implementation of Saudization and workforce localization requirements.
  • Contribute to a positive employee experience by ensuring timely, well-coordinated, and accurate HR operations support.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in HR operations, people administration, or workforce coordination.
  • Experience in lean organizations, activation-stage assets, hospitality, entertainment, or other operational environments is preferred.

Work Environment and Expectations

This role operates within a lean OpCo model, requiring the specialist to serve as the primary HR operations focal point for employees and managers within the Film Studio asset. It involves close coordination with centralized HR functions and support teams to ensure seamless delivery of HR services and compliance with established policies and standards.
