Quantity Surveyor

About the Role

Teef Najd Group is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its engineering team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting various Fit-Out and construction projects within the region. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of proven experience in quantity surveying.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on drawings, specifications, and site requirements.
• Review drawings, specifications, and scope of work to ensure accurate quantity calculations.
• Prepare and verify quantities for client invoices and payment applications.
• Coordinate with project and site teams to verify executed quantities and completed works.
• Prepare quantity measurements and supporting documents for client billing.
• Review BOQs and identify discrepancies, missing items, and scope variations.
• Track and document variations and additional works for client billing.
• Maintain accurate quantity records, measurement sheets, and billing documentation.
• Coordinate with clients and project teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as a QS Engineer / Quantity Surveyor.
• Previous experience in Fit-Out projects is required.
• Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, measurement, BOQ, and client billing processes.
• Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience working with clients and project teams in Saudi Arabia is preferred.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and operates on a full-time basis. The Quantity Surveyor will work closely with the engineering, project, and site teams to ensure accurate quantity management and billing for construction and Fit-Out projects.
