Job Title: Receptionist and Appointment Scheduler - Beauty Clinic
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Welcoming with courtesy and professionalism and providing an outstanding experience.
• Responding to inquiries related to the clinic's services, scheduling, and managing appointments efficiently.
• Coordinating appointment schedules and ensuring they are organized in line with the doctors' and specialists' times.
• Accurately recording client information and maintaining the confidentiality of information.
• Providing basic information about beauty services and promotions.
• Following up on clients' appointments and communicating with them to confirm reservations or reschedule when necessary.
• Working on electronic booking programs or medical records used in the clinic.
Requirements:
• At least one year of experience in clinic reception, preferably in beauty clinics.
• A neat and professional appearance with excellent communication skills.
• The ability to deal politely and provide premium service.
• Proficiency in using computers and appointment management software.
• An intermediate level of English (spoken and written).
• The ability to work under pressure and efficiently prioritize tasks.
