As a key player in our organization, the Recruitment Officer will drive the recruitment lifecycle to attract and hire top talent for our venues and resorts. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand staffing needs and implement effective recruitment strategies.

As a key player in our organization, the Recruitment Officer will drive the recruitment lifecycle to attract and hire top talent for our venues and resorts. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand staffing needs and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Planning & Execution: Work closely with the HR Operations Manager to develop targeted recruitment plans.
- Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Utilize job boards, social media, and community partnerships for proactive candidate sourcing.
- Candidate Screening & Assessment: Conduct thorough resume reviews and interviews to evaluate candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to labor laws and maintain candidate records accurately.
- Onboarding Support: Assist with the integration process for new hires.
- Employer Branding: Represent the company at recruitment events and enhance our image as an employer of choice.
- Data & System Utilization: Utilize ATS and HRMS to streamline recruitment operations and reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 35 years of recruitment experience, preferably in hospitality or similar industries.
- Experience with ATS systems and social media for talent sourcing.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
