Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various roles and departments.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Screening and Selection: Conduct thorough screening and interviews, assessing candidate capabilities and cultural fit to make informed hiring recommendations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their team needs and provide guidance on talent acquisition best practices.
- Employer Branding: Enhance ADROYTS’s employer brand by promoting our culture, values, and career opportunities through various channels.
- Metrics and Reporting: Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and continuously improve the recruitment process.
- Training and Coaching: Mentor junior talent acquisition team members and conduct training sessions on effective hiring practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully filling diverse roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
