Chalhoub Group is seeking a Retail Supervisor Beauty to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for a professional with 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Retail Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that Store Directors and Managers optimize the commercial performance of their retail shops while delivering a high standard of Guest Experience. This role also establishes a connection between the back-office operations and the network of stores, conducting regular controls and audits to implement corrective solutions and actions.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and cascade the brand strategy within the assigned network.
• Collaborate with the Marketing department to ensure full implementation of marketing and CX strategies and programs.
• Implement Brand guidelines, considering specific market requirements.
• Periodically monitor sales figures per product line and current stock levels (Sell-Out).
• Manage potential shortages, review orders, and inform the merchandising team of status.
• Record, monitor, and analyze market trends and competitor activities.
• Provide commercial teams with quantitative and qualitative reports using data from market studies and internal systems.
• Define sales targets for each sales team member.
• Monitor brand performance and provide recommendations.
• Manage organizational resources within established budget guidelines.
• Provide timely, thorough, and accurate information to management regarding the brand's financial position.

Team Leadership and Development

• Develop and motivate team members to facilitate knowledge transfer and maintain a positive work environment.
• Monitor team members' performance and provide both formal and informal feedback and appraisals to maximize efficiency.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant retail supervision role.
