About the Role

The Careers Factory is seeking responsible, hardworking, and reliable Car Riders/Drivers to join its food delivery operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves delivering food orders safely and efficiently while maintaining good customer service standards. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up food orders from restaurants and deliver them to customers.
• Follow assigned routes and utilize navigation/GPS applications for efficient delivery.
• Ensure timely delivery of all orders.
• Handle food orders carefully to maintain their condition during transit.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers and restaurant staff.
• Use delivery applications to accept, manage, and complete orders.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is kept clean and in good working condition.
• Adhere to company policies, traffic regulations, and Saudi driving laws.

Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant driving or delivery role.
• Ability to work full-time.
• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
• Good customer service skills.
• Familiarity with navigation/GPS applications.
• Understanding of traffic regulations and local driving laws in Saudi Arabia.
