Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development and forge connections with CXOs.
- Conduct consultations to understand clients' objectives and challenges.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
- Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Create proposals and close large multiyear deals.
Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent; Bachelor's in Engineering/IT/logistics is preferred.
- 1015 years experience in software product/solution sales.
- 59 years of international business/sales experience in Europe is a plus.
- Familiarity with logistics or air cargo handling is an advantage.

Principal Responsibilities:
- Drive and expand Teleflex base business according to strategic goals.
- Develop strategies for growth in selected EMEA markets.
- Support dealers with commercial activities and programs.
- Find and develop new dealers and market opportunities.
- Coordinate activities with responsible RBMs while acting independently.
- Monitor distributors' quotas quarterly and annually.
- Manage sales expenses within the assigned budget.
- Collaborate in forecasting and business analysis.
- Actively participate in EMEA Sales Management meetings.
- Maintain close key customer contacts to determine needs.
- Develop and maintain organization through selection and development.
Education / Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, life sciences, or paramedics preferred.
- Minimum five years of sales experience in the health-tech sector required.
- Experience in major account-based sales processes.
- Strong business analysis and strategic planning abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and business analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
