Job Purpose: The general objective of the job:
Leading, developing, and implementing sales strategies to ensure that the company's sales goals are met, increasing market share, and building strong and sustainable relationships with customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Preparing and implementing strategic sales plans according to the company's goals.
2. Leading and directing the sales team to achieve the specified sales targets.
3. Analyzing sales performance and preparing regular reports for senior management.
4. Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients.
5. Monitoring market trends and competitors and providing necessary recommendations.
6. Collaborating in setting marketing policies and developing promotional offers.
7. Supervising recruitment, training, and the ongoing development of the sales team.
8. Managing the sales department budget and ensuring compliance.
9. Optimizing internal sales processes for maximum efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience:
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
