Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales management or marketing within KSA.
- Experience in the finishing building materials sector.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Familiarity with modern marketing tools and techniques.
- Ability to perform under pressure and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Set strategic sales goals and analyze previous sales data to forecast future sales.
- Manage sales pricing and maintain a balance between supply and demand.
- Oversee the Business and Corporate Relations Department to ensure effective execution of plans.
- Provide guidance to customers and staff on sales processes and new product introductions.
- Facilitate training courses for sales staff to enhance their skills and understanding.
