Regional Medical Visit Manager for the East region of Saudi Arabia. In this leadership role, you will implement strategies and manage a team of medical representatives. Your efforts will enhance our engagement with healthcare professionals and elevate our brand presence within the dermatological community.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the medical visit team strategy and motivate your team.
- Monitor team performance and drive revenue growth.
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Organize congresses and symposia participation.
- Translate brand strategy into effective regional plans.
- Manage budgets to meet objectives.
- Conduct performance reviews and foster team development.
- Implement best practices for continuous improvement.
Requirements:- Pharmacist Degree with a minimum of 5 years in sales, including 2 years in sales management.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Understanding of the KSA healthcare landscape, particularly in dermatology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
