Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, assisting with check-in procedures and luggage handling.
• Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs, preferences, and requests with utmost discretion and efficiency.
• Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and common areas.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery, including housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
• Manage guest itineraries, make reservations, and arrange transportation as needed.
• Prepare and serve refreshments, meals, and beverages according to guest preferences.
• Assist with packing, unpacking, and garment care services.
• Handle guest correspondence and manage any special requests or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and service delivery for future reference.
• Stay informed about local attractions, events, and cultural activities to provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance service skills and knowledge of luxury hospitality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 23 years of experience as a Butler in a luxury hotel or private residence.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic and/or additional languages is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guests' needs.
• In-depth knowledge of luxury hospitality standards, etiquette, and protocol.
• Proficiency in hospitality management software and MS Office suite.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions independently.
• Knowledge of local customs, attractions, and cultural sensitivities in Saudi Arabia.
• Understanding of Islamic cultural norms and etiquette.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Housekeeping Floor Supervisor
As a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor, you will support the Housekeeping Department by ensuring the upkeep and cleanliness of the entire hotel. This role involves:

• Allocating work duties to Team Members
• Performing routine inspections of all check out rooms and conducting spot checks of all occupied rooms
• Reporting and following up on any maintenance defects or other issues
• Inspecting service areas, store rooms, and corridors regularly
• Scheduling and supervising deep cleaning and other projects
• Managing and training Room Attendants and other Team Members
• Efficiently managing stock control and maintenance of equipment
• Providing excellent Guest service, including special requirements for VIPs
• Ensuring adherence to hotel brand standards at all times

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing & Lead Generation Representative to join our team at Tanfeez Design & Contracting. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in an outdoor environment and enjoys engaging with potential clients to generate business leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Roam around Jeddah daily to visit real estate projects, construction sites, residential neighborhoods, commercial areas, and showrooms.
• Approach property developers, building managers, real estate offices, and business owners to introduce our firm and gather potential project leads.
• Take pictures, collect contact information, and report back daily with detailed notes on possible leads.
• Build relationships with professionals in relevant industries (brokers, site engineers, property managers, etc.) to stay updated on new opportunities.
• Distribute business cards and marketing materials where appropriate.
• Maintain a clear and organized database of leads and follow-up tasks.
• Report to management daily with findings and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Must be based in Jeddah and very familiar with its neighborhoods and real estate hotspots.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills — must be comfortable approaching people.
• Self-motivated, independent, and persistent with a strong work ethic.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a car.
• Previous experience in real estate, construction, or sales is a plus.
• Basic reporting and smartphone skills (taking photos, writing notes, using WhatsApp or CRM tools).
