About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a professional and timely manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Process orders, forms, and requests.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Fresh graduate or Proven experience in a customer service role is plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
