About the Role
Working directly with the restaurant owner, the role of the Chef in Jeddah will be pivotal to the success of the business. Therefore, career growth opportunities are readily available for the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage kitchen operations and lead a small team.
  • Prepare authentic, homely Iranian cuisine.
  • Assist in selecting location, staff, suppliers, and menu.
  • Focus on online orders as the main revenue stream.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 12 years of experience in Iranian cuisine is essential. Experience in managing a busy kitchen is also required.

This is a unique opportunity to influence the direction of the restaurant, as the owner plans to expand rapidly across Saudi Arabia in the future.

  • High professionalism with strong human resource and business skills.
