Job Overview: We are seeking a Sales Manager to join us in Riyadh, KSA. This full-time role presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced and technically-minded individual to lead business development and sales efforts in one of our key markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Oversee and manage relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the current client base to maximize revenue. Personally manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring a high level of engagement and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Partnership Development: Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, industry players, and potential collaborators. Identify mutually beneficial opportunities to expand the company's reach and enhance its offerings.
- Market Expansion and Opportunity Identification: Identify and explore new business opportunities in existing markets to drive growth. Research and develop strategies to penetrate new markets, expanding the company’s geographical and sectoral footprint.
- Regional Market Ownership: Take full responsibility for the business development and sales efforts in the KSA market. Build strong networks within the region to establish ******** as a market leader.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to align on strategies, targets, and execution plans. Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client acquisition and retention.
- Strategic Planning and Reporting: Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans aligned with the company’s overall goals. Analyze sales data, market trends, and client needs to provide actionable insights and refine strategies. Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and recommendations for the executive team.
- Product Marketing and Branding Strategy: Manage product marketing positioning, ensuring the product’s value is clearly communicated to targeted clients. Determine product pricing strategies that align with market demand and company goals. Lead product branding initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all platforms. Support in commercial product development activities & go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
Key Requirements:
- Applicant must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is required.
- At least 10 years of proven sales experience in IT, services, enterprise software solutions, or similar industries, with a successful track record of driving sales growth.
- It is preferred to have a technical background.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to identify market opportunities, develop strategic plans, and execute them effectively.
