Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve student recruitment targets.
- Oversee lead generation strategies ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads for enrolment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Manage the entire admissions process from inquiry to enrolment.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective recruitment campaigns and promotional materials.
- Represent the company at school fairs/visits and recruitment events.
- Prepare and present reports on recruitment activities and achievement of targets to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience within the Education/Fashion Industry in the Middle East region.
- Proven experience in launching regional markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Develop strategies for growth in selected EMEA markets.
- Support dealers with commercial activities and programs.
- Find and develop new dealers and market opportunities.
- Coordinate activities with responsible RBMs while acting independently.
- Monitor distributors' quotas quarterly and annually.
- Manage sales expenses within the assigned budget.
- Collaborate in forecasting and business analysis.
- Actively participate in EMEA Sales Management meetings.
- Maintain close key customer contacts to determine needs.
- Develop and maintain organization through selection and development.
Education / Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, life sciences, or paramedics preferred.
