We are working with a growing institution that is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to be based in Riyadh. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the student recruitment strategy of the institution and making a significant impact in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve student recruitment targets.
  • Oversee lead generation strategies ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads for enrolment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Manage the entire admissions process from inquiry to enrolment.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective recruitment campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Represent the company at school fairs/visits and recruitment events.
  • Prepare and present reports on recruitment activities and achievement of targets to senior management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience within the Education/Fashion Industry in the Middle East region.
  • Proven experience in launching regional markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
