The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through IT outsourcing and custom software solutions. You will work closely with technical, marketing, and service delivery teams to deliver value-driven proposals and close high-impact deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and approach potential clients in target markets.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Understand client business needs and recommend tailored IT outsourcing and software solutions.
- Collaborate with technical pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with mid to enterprise-level clients.
- Report on sales metrics, forecasts, and performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (10+ years) in B2B sales, especially in IT outsourcing or software development.
- Solid understanding of IT services, software development lifecycle, and staffing models.
- Strong network in the Saudi market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field. A Master’s is a plus.
