As a Sales Manager at Beast House, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and client relations. This role offers you the opportunity to thrive in a dynamic, vibrant environment and play a crucial part in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Sales Strategy: Design and implement effective sales plans to achieve targets.
  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and connect with potential clients and partners.
  • Manage Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Create & Deliver Sales Presentations: Tailor proposals and pitches to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with marketing, events, and operations to support campaigns.
  • Negotiate Contracts: Lead contract negotiations for mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Conduct Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Maintain CRM & Sales Reports: Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Report Performance Metrics: Provide sales forecasts and updates to leadership.
  • Represent the Brand: Attend events and client meetings as a brand ambassador.

Education & Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field is required, along with 35 years of sales experience in hospitality or similar fields.
