As a key member of the Sales Leadership Team in the EMEA ATEM Business Unit, you will oversee and develop the sales performance of our product lines across multiple indirect markets. This role is essential for driving sales activities and building relationships with local distributors in the healthcare sector.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Drive and expand Teleflex base business according to strategic goals.
- Develop strategies for growth in selected EMEA markets.
- Support dealers with commercial activities and programs.
- Find and develop new dealers and market opportunities.
- Coordinate activities with responsible RBMs while acting independently.
- Monitor distributors' quotas quarterly and annually.
- Manage sales expenses within the assigned budget.
- Collaborate in forecasting and business analysis.
- Actively participate in EMEA Sales Management meetings.
- Maintain close key customer contacts to determine needs.
- Develop and maintain organization through selection and development.
Education / Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, life sciences, or paramedics preferred.
- Minimum five years of sales experience in the health-tech sector required.
- Experience in major account-based sales processes.
- Strong business analysis and strategic planning abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and business analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Results-driven with a proactive mindset.
- Willingness to travel extensively (50% travel required).
