Alamthal is a leading licensed financing company in Saudi Arabia, regulated by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA). We are committed to providing our customers with top-quality financing products and maintaining a strong position in the financial sector. We are currently hiring multiple Relationship Managers for the Riyadh, Eastern, and Western Regions to help achieve our sales goals in line with the company's objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Find sales opportunities through client visits, calls, and follow-ups.
- Respond to inquiries to meet sales targets.
- Present financing offers to customers.
- Clearly explain product features to customers.
- Understand customer needs and credit procedures.
- Direct complaints to the sales manager for resolution.
- Help grow and expand our customer base.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or in a similar role within financial services or a related industry, with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on client engagement and satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize workload effectively.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and solving client issues.
