Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and work to achieve sales goals.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Deliver presentations, conduct negotiations, and follow up to successfully close deals.
  • Stay informed of market trends and conditions, as well as competitor activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of success in sales with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) – a must.
