SAP Project Manager (S/ HANA Implementation)

About the Role

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, focusing on managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation workstreams.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, status reports, and RAID logs.
• Manage project scope, change requests, resource allocation, budgets, and timelines effectively.
• Coordinate testing phases, cutover activities, and ensure go-live readiness.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, developing and executing mitigation plans.
• Engage proactively with business stakeholders and project teams to align on objectives and deliverables.
• Drive project governance, reporting mechanisms, and facilitate project review meetings.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve project delivery challenges.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience in SAP or IT project management.
• Proven experience managing large, multi-workstream SAP implementation programs.
• Strong knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience with project budgeting, resource planning, and stakeholder management.
• Expertise in risk management, issue resolution, and change management processes.

Essential Skills

• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Results-oriented approach with strong ownership, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Certification.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
