About the Role

Imploy is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator – Manager / Advisor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading and supporting IT infrastructure, combining hands-on systems administration with technical leadership and strategic guidance. The position offers a salary range of SAR 10,000 – 12,000 per month.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will possess strong experience across enterprise systems, cloud infrastructure, virtualization, security, and disaster recovery. This role requires the ability to lead infrastructure initiatives, provide effective technical direction, and mentor junior IT team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the administration and maintenance of Windows and Linux servers, virtualization platforms, and cloud environments.
• Monitor system performance, availability, capacity, and overall infrastructure reliability.
• Implement and maintain IT security, patch management, firewall, and vulnerability management practices.
• Manage backup solutions and disaster recovery strategies to ensure business continuity.
• Automate administrative and infrastructure processes using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Lead infrastructure projects and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior IT team members.
• Maintain accurate system documentation, technical procedures, and performance reports.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to support infrastructure improvements and technology initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in systems administration.
• Demonstrated experience in enterprise systems, cloud infrastructure, virtualization, security, and disaster recovery.
• Proficiency in managing Windows and Linux servers.
• Experience with automation tools such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
