We are looking for a highly skilled Secretary to support our senior management by ensuring an efficient and organized workflow.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the executive’s schedule, meetings, and calls.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Coordinate projects and communicate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle internal and external communications, including email management.
  • Maintain and organize important documents and files professionally.
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism.
  • Enhance and improve administrative processes to ensure efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Proficiency in productivity and organization tools such as Jira, Notion, Workiom, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in Arabic and English.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively.
  • High professionalism in handling confidential information.

Location: Al-Babtain Residential & Commercial Complex, Al Olaya District
Work Days: 5 days per week
