Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or Business Administration.

Professional Requirements:
  • Familiarity with secretarial work.
  • Knowledge of legal project management (LPM).
  • Understanding of performance measurement indicators (KPIs).
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Technical Requirements:
  • Proficiency in using work management platforms.
  • Advanced skills in Excel.
  • Ability to prepare charts and dashboards.
  • Familiarity with technical programs and government platforms.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Organizing meetings and appointments.
  • Preparing and filing work forms.
  • Submitting and tracking requests on relevant platforms.
  • Organizing and updating work platforms and documents.
  • Following up on assigned tasks.
