Security Supervisor

About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Security Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time position involves overseeing security operations and ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff within the hotel premises. The role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct security patrols, monitoring interior and exterior hotel premises to identify and address safety and security risks, threats, and undesirable conditions.
• Coordinate responses to incidents such as fires, medical emergencies, and security threats.
• Supervise and develop Security Guards/Officers, including training, scheduling, and providing guidance to ensure high performance.
• Conduct preliminary incident investigations, gather relevant information, document findings, and ensure accurate reporting of security incidents.
• Promote adherence to safety protocols and best practices among team members.
• Step in to fulfill security officer responsibilities as required.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a security role, preferably within the hospitality sector.
