Job Title Retail Sales Specialist Job Purpose To provide an excellent shopping experience for customers by understanding their needs, offering appropriate product advice, and efficiently completing sales transactions, contributing to achieving sales goals and enhancing customer satisfaction. Tasks and Responsibilities • Greeting and welcoming customers and providing professional service. • Identifying customer needs and suggesting appropriate products or solutions. • Explaining product features and benefits and accurately answering customer inquiries. • Executing and completing sales transactions in accordance with approved policies and procedures. • Achieving individual sales goals and contributing to branch goals. • Maintaining the tidiness of the display area and ensuring product readiness. • Monitoring inventory levels and reporting shortages or needs. • Handling customer complaints and working to resolve them or escalate them when necessary. • Adhering to company policies related to customer service, sales, and safety procedures. • Participating in in-store promotions and marketing activities. • Preparing daily reports related to sales or activities as required by management. Required Qualifications • High school diploma as a minimum, preferably a diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • 1 to 3 years of experience in retail sales. • Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and computer literacy. • Good knowledge of the products in the sector of operation.
