  • Support the definition and implementation of digital ecosystem architecture, including KPIs, integrated dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
  • Develop and oversee integration strategies, API, middleware, and data-exchange configurations for seamless and secure system connectivity.
  • Implement EDMS and CDE systems in compliance with client requirements, integrating them with PMIS and data reporting systems.
  • Establish controlled information flows and monitor data quality, completeness, accuracy, and compliance with information standards.
  • Act as the technical and functional coordinator between system vendors, software providers, IT teams, and project stakeholders.
  • Lead training programmes, onboarding sessions, user-adoption initiatives, and support change-management activities.

Required Experience and Technical Skills

  • Experience: 8–12+ years in information management, EDMS operations, CDE management, or digital ecosystem architecture within capital projects or large programmes.
  • Proven experience with EDMS and CDE platforms such as Aconex, ProjectWise, ACC, Asite, Viewpoint, or equivalent.
  • Experience integrating EDMS/CDE with PMIS.
  • Strong background in governance frameworks, structured data, metadata, and controlled information workflows.
  • GCC experience is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Deep understanding of EDMS and CDE configuration and administration, ISO 19650 information management standards, metadata, classification, structured data models, API-based integrations, enterprise architecture, BIM data structures, asset information requirements, document control, and workflow automation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
