This full-time position for a Senior Customer Solutions Consultant is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

As a Senior Customer Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for enabling customers to achieve digital transformation through cloud communication. This involves leading collaboration with a virtual team of sales, engineering, and support resources. The role focuses on building and maintaining strong customer relationships, influencing long-term strategic direction, and serving as a trusted advisor to CXOs and technology decision-makers. You will evaluate customer cloud communication strategies, recommend solutions aligned with their business and technical requirements, remove deployment roadblocks, and ensure successful adoption to drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a technical liaison between Sales and Product teams during the sales process, supporting solution design, quotes, proposals, RFP responses, and related documentation.
• Develop working knowledge of Unifonic's conversational AI and omnichannel communications platform.
• Join Sales team meetings to understand customer pain points, requirements, and business goals, and help shape the most relevant solutions.
• Support problem escalation and best-practice efforts to help clients and internal teams use Unifonic's products more effectively.
• Build and deliver product demonstrations and pilots that showcase Unifonic's value to prospects and clients.
• Relay timely, organized client feedback to Product Management, Sales, Support, and Development based on real business cases.
• Hand off won deals cleanly to the Customer Success team, providing clear context on customer goals and configuration.
• Support Sales and Account Management on upsell and cross-sell opportunities with technical input.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Support, Engineering) as needed to close deals.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in selling technology solutions, technical/solutions consulting, or customer-facing delivery within a related industry (SaaS, CPaaS, Telecommunications).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or another IT-related field.

Skills and Attributes

• Ability to create a positive customer experience by matching appropriate product and service offerings to their needs.
• Proficiency in understanding and troubleshooting customer needs, translating them into workable solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging multiple stakeholders and collaborating with virtual and cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, with strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
