The Role

Unifonic is seeking a Senior Customer Solutions Consultant to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time position involves leading digital transformation for customers through cloud communication solutions. The consultant will collaborate with virtual teams including sales, engineers, and support, building strong customer relationships and influencing strategic direction. Key aspects of the role include serving as a trusted advisor, engaging with CXOs and technology decision-makers, evaluating cloud communication strategies, recommending solutions, addressing deployment challenges, and ensuring successful adoption and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a technical liaison between Sales and Product teams during the sales process, supporting solution design, quotes, proposals, RFP responses, and documentation.
• Build working knowledge of Unifonic's conversational AI and omnichannel communications platform.
• Join Sales team meetings to understand customer pain points, requirements, and business goals, and help shape the most relevant solutions.
• Support problem escalation and best-practice efforts to help clients and internal teams use Unifonic's products more effectively.
• Build and deliver product demos and pilots that showcase Unifonic's value to prospects and clients.
• Relay timely, organized client feedback to Product Management, Sales, Support, and Development based on real business cases.
• Hand off won deals cleanly to the Customer Success team, providing clear context on customer goals and configuration.
• Support Sales and Account Management on upsell and cross-sell opportunities with technical input.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Support, Engineering) as needed to close deals.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to create a positive customer experience by effectively matching product and service offerings to customer needs. This includes understanding and troubleshooting customer requirements and translating them into workable solutions. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for engaging multiple stakeholders and collaborating effectively with virtual and cross-functional teams.
