Qiddiya Investment Company is developing world-class entertainment and leisure destinations across Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a Senior Director Design to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to shaping the design philosophy and overseeing the design direction for all development projects within the company's portfolio.

Role Purpose

The Senior Director Design will ensure that all projects are both innovative and aligned with Qiddiya's overarching vision of excellence. This role involves strategic leadership in design, guiding projects from initial concept through to successful completion while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement design strategies that align with Qiddiya's goals and vision.
• Lead and inspire a diverse team of designers and architects, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
• Oversee the design development processes from initial concept through to project completion.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure design solutions are practical, innovative, and reflect community engagement.
• Review and approve design proposals, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Stay informed of global design trends and best practices, integrating these insights into project initiatives.
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively, ensuring deliverables are met within expected parameters.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders, presenting design concepts and incorporating their feedback into the design process.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in design leadership roles.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering high-impact design projects on time and within budget.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and creatively.
• Strong attention to detail in all aspects of design and project management.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic environment focused on large-scale entertainment and leisure development.
