About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager - Development Business Solutions to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role is central to driving the design, configuration, and execution of bespoke technology solutions, specialized applications, and end-to-end process automations across the entire property development lifecycle.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Senior Manager acts as a key technical innovator, bridging enterprise software, custom development, and real estate operations. The primary objective is to create tailored solutions for unique mega-project requirements, ensuring inter-system consistency and transparent tracking. These solutions encompass feasibility, master planning, design, logistics, QHSEW, construction management, asset development, and real estate operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, prototyping, and end-to-end delivery of bespoke software applications, specialized web tools, and domain-specific modules.
• Build and deploy tailored digital tools supporting all phases of the property lifecycle, from feasibility to real estate operations.
• Ensure custom-built applications integrate smoothly with core enterprise platforms such as ERP, BIM, GIS, Cost Management, and Project Controls for unified data exchange.
• Collaborate with domain experts in Master Planning, Engineering, Construction, and Finance to translate operational needs into technical specifications.
• Identify and automate manual bottlenecks across planning, engineering, and finance workflows, including data ingestion and status synchronization.
• Connect siloed processes between commercial, engineering, and finance teams to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
• Establish automated data quality checks, validation scripts, and integration protocols to maintain data integrity and consistency across platforms.

Application Management and Governance

• Manage vendor execution activities, monitoring performance against agreed service levels and delivery expectations.
• Engage with vendors to address incidents, defects, and enhancement requirements impacting application portfolios.
• Maintain alignment with stakeholders to ensure consistent application performance and user experience.
• Execute application activities in line with approved governance frameworks, controls, and documentation standards.
• Provide evidence and inputs for audits, reviews, and assurance activities related to delivered applications.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, digital solution design, and systems delivery.
• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the specified fields.
