We are seeking a Senior Project Manager Oracle ERP Transformation (EBS to Fusion) to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on a full-time basis.

Role Overview

The Senior Project Manager will lead Oracle ERP transformation initiatives, with a primary focus on Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration and implementation projects. This role involves managing the entire project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery within defined scope, budget, and timelines, while aligning with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Oracle ERP transformation lifecycle, from planning and requirements gathering through implementation, migration, Go-Live, and Hypercare support.
• Lead Oracle EBS-to-Fusion transformation projects, ensuring delivery within established scope, budget, and timelines.
• Manage project teams, external vendors, implementation partners, and internal business stakeholders effectively.
• Establish and maintain project governance, comprehensive project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and change management processes.
• Coordinate all activities related to integration, data migration, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover, and Go-Live.
• Provide regular and clear project status updates to senior management and steering committees.
• Ensure project alignment with business objectives, IT standards, and Saudi regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of IT Project Management experience, with a preference for ERP transformation projects.
• Proven experience managing both Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP projects.
• Direct experience with Oracle EBS-to-Fusion transformation or migration projects is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the full ERP project lifecycle.
• Experience with large-scale digital transformation initiatives and enterprise systems.
• Government or public-sector experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
• PMP certification is mandatory.
• Agile certification (*, PMI-ACP, PSM, PRINCE2 Agile, SAFe, or equivalent) is preferred and may be required based on client specifications.
