Overview of the ERP Project Manager Role

El Seif Engineering Contracting is seeking an ERP Project Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle ERP systems across the organization. The ERP Project Manager ensures that Oracle applications meet business needs, align with industry best practices, and support operational efficiency. This position requires leading cross-functional teams, managing vendor relationships, and collaborating with key business stakeholders to support digital transformation and financial system integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation, upgrades, and optimization of Oracle ERP modules, including Financials, Procurement, Projects, HRMS, and SCM.
• Collaborate with business units to understand requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
• Manage a team of ERP analysts, developers, and consultants to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
• Maintain and enforce strong governance, change management, and documentation practices.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with internal and external policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle ERP issues in coordination with IT and functional teams.
• Manage Oracle ERP vendor relationships, contracts, and support services.
• Provide training and support to users on Oracle ERP functionalities and changes.
• Monitor system performance, user adoption, and suggest enhancements.
• Stay current with Oracle Cloud/Fusion trends and updates and assess their relevance to the organization.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in ERP project management, specifically with Oracle ERP systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex ERP implementations and optimization projects.
• Strong understanding of Oracle ERP modules such as Financials, Procurement, Projects, HRMS, and SCM.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Proficiency in governance, change management, and documentation practices within an ERP environment.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves working within a dynamic environment that emphasizes collaboration and continuous improvement in digital transformation initiatives.
