About the Role

Infor is seeking a Principal ERP Supply Chain Consultant to lead complex ERP implementation projects and provide strategic guidance to clients. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with potential work in Jeddah. The role involves managing high-profile client relationships, overseeing large-scale projects, and driving process optimization across various business functions.

Role Overview

The Principal ERP Consultant is responsible for ensuring successful ERP system deployment by aligning projects with client business objectives. This includes providing thought leadership and mentoring junior consultants, contributing to the growth of the consulting practice within Infor.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex ERP implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and project goals.
• Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to understand business requirements and design strategic ERP solutions.
• Oversee ERP system configuration, customization, and optimization to meet client-specific needs.
• Develop and execute test plans, ensuring the system meets business requirements and quality standards.
• Advise clients on ERP best practices and strategies to enhance system performance and optimize business processes.
• Manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and project success.
• Mentor junior consultants, providing guidance on complex project tasks and career development.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience leading ERP implementation projects and managing large-scale client engagements.
• Experience with ERP systems and business processes across areas such as finance, HR, or supply chain.
• Experience collaborating with senior leadership and clients to develop and implement strategic ERP solutions.
• Experience with system configurations, customizations, and troubleshooting technical challenges.
• Experience in business process optimization and providing strategic ERP advisory services.
• Flexibility to work in shifts.

Preferred Skills and Certifications

• Experience with cloud-based ERP systems or SaaS solutions.
• Experience with advanced integration tools and platforms (*, middleware, EDI).
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Certifications in ERP systems or project management.
• Industry-specific ERP implementation and best practices experience.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with responsibilities that may include working in Jeddah. The role requires a commitment to leading complex projects and providing expert guidance to clients.
