About the Role

Master Works is seeking an ERP Finance Functional Analyst to support and enhance the Department Segment Hierarchy. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in financial systems and General Ledger (GL) segment hierarchy management.

Role Context and Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to maintain and update changes within the General Ledger (GL) segment hierarchy to accurately reflect the organization's updated structure. The analyst will ensure alignment between financial systems and organizational changes, working closely with various departments to facilitate seamless integration and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update changes in the General Ledger (GL) segment hierarchy with IT support to reflect the updated organizational structure.
Collaborate with the HR Department to align the new organizational hierarchy with the financial GL structure.
Ensure accurate capture of all department codes.
Coordinate with the ERP support team to provide guidance and ensure the successful creation and deployment of the new hierarchy within the system.

Qualifications and Requirements

5-10 years of experience in supporting and enhancing department segment hierarchy and related financial systems.
Demonstrated experience working with General Ledger (GL) segment hierarchy.
Experience collaborating with HR and Finance teams to align organizational and financial structures.
Proven experience ensuring department codes and related data are accurately captured.
Experience coordinating with ERP support teams for system implementation and deployment.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of organizational hierarchy and financial GL structures.
Strong coordination and communication skills with cross-functional teams.

Work Environment

This position is based at the client site in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role is full-time, and the salary will be discussed during the interview process.
