Role Overview

KBR is seeking a Senior Security Manager, a Saudi National, to join its team in Riyadh, KSA. This full-time position is integral to a Project Management Office (PMO) supporting a high-profile infrastructure development. The role involves the management and implementation of the Client’s security policies at both program and project levels, providing hands-on support to the Client, numerous Project Management Consultants (PMCs), and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and managing the organization’s safety and security strategy and policies to ensure high performance.
• Conduct on-site training for PMCs and contractors to facilitate the development and implementation of security management plans.
• Serve as an advisor to the Client regarding all security matters.
• Contribute to the development of security priorities, ensuring development safety operations and compliance considerations are integrated into specific project plans and budgets.
• Provide technical security support and advice in consultation with senior management on all security matters.
• Conduct threat and risk assessments for project-specific and development risk environments, events, and other designated venues.
• Draft and develop site security plans in accordance with KBR policies, operational scope, and Client requirements.
• Integrate, maintain, and utilize KBR travel management requirements and systems to track employee locations and contact information during high security risks.
• Advise and assist the Client in managing day-to-day security duties, including physical security, special travel, escorts, incident response, reporting, and access control.
• Serve as part of the coordinator team for emergency and employee incidents, informing senior management and recommending response actions.
• Conduct security drills and exercises in coordination with the Client and Project Management Consultants, adhering to global security standards.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in security management.
• Experience in multiple geographic locations.
• Prior military or law enforcement work experience, or relevant experience in the technical security area.
• ASIS Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designation.
• Demonstrated ability to develop security strategies for critical infrastructure projects internationally.

The successful candidate will assist the Client in producing, implementing, and maintaining updated safety and security Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring compliance with organizational safety and security standards.
