Senior Solution Advisor Specialist FI/CO

About the Role

SAP is seeking a Solution Advisor to join its team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position requiring 5-10 years of experience. The Solution Advisor will independently engage customers throughout the sales cycle and deliver compelling solution demonstrations, contributing to revenue growth through trusted relationships.

Role Overview

As a Senior Solution Advisor, you will be part of a global solution advisory community focused on customer engagement and solution expertise. The role emphasizes continuous learning and attentive advising to provide excellent customer experiences across the SAP solution portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers at key points during the sales process.
• Create and present stories and demonstrations that highlight unique business results.
• Collaborate with customers and partners to develop a shared SAP vision.
• Communicate the benefits of SAP solutions to help build adoption, increase usage, and boost revenue.
• Work with account teams, customers, and partners.

Qualifications and Experience

• Strong experience independently engaging customers throughout the sales cycle.
• Proven capability in storytelling, competitive positioning, and co-creating SAP visions with customers and partners.
• Deep understanding of how to align SAP solutions to specific customer needs and articulate differentiated business outcomes.
• Comfort with executive conversations and the ability to build trusted customer relationships.
• Proven experience in creating customer value propositions.
• Ability to deliver engaging solution demonstrations.
• Proficiency in cloud strategy development, industry analysis, assessing client needs, and overcoming objections to align SAP solutions with specific business outcomes.

• Knowledge of AI-assisted automation.
• Rapid prototyping.
• AI journey mapping.
• Value selling methods.
• Experience with agentic AI and quality assurance capabilities.
