Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Specialist Technology Procurement to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement of technology goods and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with procurement governance.

Role Overview

The Senior Specialist Technology Procurement will oversee the complete procurement lifecycle for various technology categories, including IT hardware, software, cloud services, cybersecurity solutions, telecom, and professional services. The position focuses on strategic sourcing, robust vendor management, and adherence to established procurement policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement lifecycle for IT hardware, software, SaaS, cloud, telecom, and IT services.
• Lead RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, bid evaluations, and supplier selection processes.
• Conduct commercial negotiations to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms for technology procurements.
• Coordinate contract reviews with Legal, Finance, Cybersecurity, IT, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain strong relationships with strategic technology vendors and monitor their performance against SLAs and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with all procurement policies, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
• Support budgeting activities, spend analysis, reporting, and market benchmarking for technology expenditures.
• Track and manage software licenses, renewals, subscriptions, and cloud consumption.
• Identify and implement opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement within technology procurement.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, IT, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in technology procurement, strategic sourcing, or IT vendor management.
• Strong knowledge of procurement methodologies, contract management, and sourcing best practices.
• Proven experience in procuring software, hardware, cloud services, SaaS, cybersecurity solutions, and IT professional services.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic environment focused on significant development projects.
