Showroom Sales Team Leader EXA Ceramics

About the Role

alfanar Group is seeking a Showroom Sales Team Leader for EXA Ceramics in Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading and guiding a showroom team to achieve sales targets, manage stock, and ensure customer satisfaction. The Team Leader will also coordinate showroom sales operations and strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Build rapport with key customers within the assigned showroom.
• Guide the team in implementing effective showroom sales strategies to increase sales volume.
• Understand customer needs and provide solutions using company products and services.
• Lead the showroom team in conducting product demonstrations for prospective customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Monitor and ensure showroom product displays are updated and well-organized.

Operational Duties

• Follow up on all sales operation procedures, including payment entry and sales invoice issuance.
• Close sales deals and document achieved installed sites.
• Ensure adherence to sales terms and conditions in line with company policies and procedures.
• Drive the team towards achieving annual sales objectives and budget targets by product volume, value, and selling price.

Accountabilities

The role holds accountability across several key areas, including HR proficiency, delivery, problem-solving, quality assurance, business process improvements, compliance, and health, safety, and environment standards.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in a sales leadership or team leader capacity, preferably within a showroom environment. The ability to coordinate sales operations and implement effective sales strategies is essential.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the EXA Ceramics division of alfanar Group. The role requires active engagement with both the sales team and customers in a showroom setting.
