The Station Agent Role

Turkish Airlines is seeking a Station Agent to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to providing essential passenger services and ensuring seamless airport operations. The role requires individuals who can thrive in a dynamic environment and effectively interact with passengers and various operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome passengers and facilitate coordination and communication between the crew, handling agent, catering, cleaning, air traffic, customs, and immigration upon aircraft arrival.
• Ensure all necessary flight documents are prepared accurately and completely.
• Place orders for daily catering services and maintain comprehensive flight records.
• Handle accurate filing of documents and perform statistical analysis of flight coupons post-flight.
• Coordinate diligently with the handling agent to locate and deliver lost items to their owners in cases of lost baggage.
• Follow the compensation process as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with passengers and operational teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for document management and record-keeping.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based at Turkish Airlines' Airport Office in Riyadh. The role operates within a fast-paced airport environment, requiring adaptability and proactive engagement to maintain smooth operations and passenger satisfaction.
