Role Summary

As a Supply Chain Specialist – Tamheer, you will provide essential support to the Administration & Supply Chain team. Your primary responsibilities will involve coordinating procurement activities, maintaining accurate supplier and inventory records, and ensuring the efficient flow of materials and services. This position offers direct exposure to internal departments and suppliers, providing practical experience in ERP systems, procurement processes, inventory management, and overall supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the processing of purchase requests and purchase orders.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding quotations and delivery schedules.
• Track purchase orders through to completion of delivery.
• Update procurement and supply chain records within the ERP system.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff concerning stock availability.
• Support inventory counting and stock reconciliation processes.
• Prepare basic reports on orders, deliveries, and inventory status.
• Maintain comprehensive supplier information and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand their specific requirements.
• Ensure all supply chain documents are properly filed and organized.
• Support the Supply Chain Manager with various day-to-day operational tasks.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.

• Recent graduate with 0-1 years of experience.
