About the Role

Khidmah is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Technician to join its Facilities Management team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves executing preventive, corrective, and routine maintenance tasks across various building systems to ensure safe and efficient site operations.

Role Overview

The Multi-Skilled Technician will be responsible for maintaining critical infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general mechanical systems. The position requires a proactive approach to maintenance and a commitment to operational excellence within a facilities management context.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs across site facilities.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, electrical distribution boards, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and mechanical equipment.
• Respond promptly to client service requests, work orders, and emergency call-outs within agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines.
• Perform basic carpentry, masonry, paint touch-ups, and general building maintenance as needed.
• Ensure all work adheres strictly to health, safety, environment (HSE), and quality standards.
• Maintain clear logs of completed work orders and spare parts inventory using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar multi-skilled technician role.
