Key Responsibilities:- Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support performance management and employee appraisal processes.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations matters and respond to HR-related inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.
Qualifications and Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
