Job Objective:
To provide training and guidance to individuals or teams or young athletes to enhance athletic performance and achieve set goals.
Responsibilities:

1. **Planning training sessions :
- Designing and programming appropriate training plans for the level and abilities of trainees.
- Setting short-term and long-term goals for each group.

2. **Implementing training sessions**:
- Leading training sessions professionally and working on developing essential skills.
- Providing clear instructions and guidelines for exercises and performance techniques.

3. **Performance evaluation**:
- Monitoring trainees' progress periodically and providing continuous feedback.
- Conducting performance tests regularly to identify strengths and weaknesses.

4. **Encouraging players**:
- Motivating trainees to improve their performance and overcome challenges.
- Addressing disputes or issues and building team spirit and collaboration.


## Required Qualifications:

- Educational degree in physical education or sports arts.
- Previous experience in sports training.
- Ability to communicate effectively and inspire others.
- Strong knowledge of sports theories and techniques.

## Required Skills:

- High organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Ability to use technology to analyze performance.

## Working Hours:
- This job may require working unconventional hours (evenings and weekends).
