UX Researcher / On Demand

About the Role

UX Labs is seeking an On-Demand/Project-Based UX Researcher in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This contract position involves working on diverse projects with various clients, contributing expertise to uncover user insights. The role focuses on conducting comprehensive user research using a range of methodologies and providing actionable recommendations to shape design and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and conducting user research activities such as user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and focus groups, tailored to project objectives.
• Aid in recruiting participants for research studies and coordinating research sessions.
• Assist in collecting qualitative and quantitative data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Help with organizing and synthesizing research findings, contributing to the analysis process.
• Assist in documenting research methodologies, findings, and insights.
• Contribute to the creation of clear and concise research reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Collaboration and Communication

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, developers, product managers, and clients, to integrate research findings into the design and development process.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to contribute insights and ideas.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing updates on research progress and findings.
• Present research findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively, both orally and in writing.

Adaptability and Team Support

• Be adaptable and responsive to meet the evolving research needs and priorities of the agency, especially in an on-demand, project-based environment.
• Maintain flexibility with time and availability to align with agency requirements and deadlines.
• Communicate availability for work periodically with managers.
• Assist the UX Research team in projects by helping with research tasks and providing support as needed.
• Learn from experienced researchers and seek guidance to enhance research skills and expertise.
