Welfare & Logistics Manager

About the Role

Key Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Welfare & Logistics Manager to join a major construction project located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves comprehensive management of workforce welfare, accommodation, transportation, and site logistics, with a critical focus on personnel and vehicle gate passes and site access requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete process for gate pass applications, approvals, renewals, and access control for both personnel and vehicles.
• Oversee workforce accommodation, camp facilities, and employee welfare services.
• Coordinate employee transportation services between accommodation facilities and project sites.
• Conduct accommodation inspections, manage maintenance, and ensure adherence to welfare standards.
• Coordinate employee medical support and collaborate closely with HR, HSE, and security teams.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with project requirements and Saudi regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in welfare, logistics, camp management, or site administration within the construction sector.
• Demonstrated experience working on large-scale construction projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
• Essential: Strong, hands-on experience managing the complete gate pass process for construction projects, including personnel and vehicle access, approvals, renewals, and compliance.
• Proven experience in managing workforce accommodation and employee welfare services.
