About the Role

Menassat Realty is seeking a Property Acquisition Specialist for its Property Management division in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on identifying and securing various types of properties for management, contributing directly to the company's portfolio growth.

Responsibilities

• Search for and acquire properties (residential buildings, complexes, commercial shops, and offices) for property management.
• Conduct on-site visits to properties and assess their operational and rental status.
• Communicate directly with property owners to present property management services.
• Negotiate and finalize property management contracts.
• Build a database of targeted owners and properties, and follow up on opportunities.
• Submit periodic reports on acquired properties and signed contracts.
• Coordinate with the property management team for property handover after contract finalization.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in property acquisition, real estate marketing, or property management.
• Ability to perform fieldwork.
• Strong direct communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Knowledge of the real estate market in Riyadh.
• Possession of a "Fawl" license and familiarity with the "Ejar" platform are preferred.
• A network of relationships with property owners is preferred.
• Valid driving license.
